Everything is located close by. Restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater, hospital, etc. You can get on the freeway within just a couple minutes. The room is unfurnished, but I can put a twin size bed in it if needed. You also get a personal cabinet space in the kitchen and uncovered unassigned off street parking. This is a single occupancy room only.

About us: Great guys with a chill vibe. There is a nice living room with microfiber couches and a big back yard for some BBQs. The monthly rent is $505 with UTILITIES INCLUDED and one time deposit of $400.

You should be able to clean up after yourself, have a job/some kind of hobby, and enjoy life.You have the option for a 1 year lease or a month to month ($40 more per month) with 30 days notice for moving out.
